Omega 256’s concert scheduled for May has been abruptly canceled after a public fallout with Nobat Events, the event organizer.

The decision was first confirmed by Omega 256 herself and has since stirred a wave of controversy, with Nobat taking to TikTok to voice his frustrations.
In a series of emotionally charged videos, Nobat claimed the cancellation was due to “disrespect” from Omega 256, declaring, “After all this, you come out and disrespect me. Omega 256, you will act as an example to other artists. You will be a sacrifice for all other artists who have disrespected me. I warned you at the start, and you will know today.”
He further hinted at replacing her with fellow artist Truth 256, signaling a possible shift in promotional priorities.
However, Omega 256 offered a different perspective during an interview on Capital FM.
According to her, the cancellation stemmed from organizational shortcomings, not disrespect. She cited a lack of advertising, promotional material, and preparation support from Nobat Events.
“We are out of time, we don’t see any ads running, we don’t have any banners, any billboards around town and when we ask him, he says he knows what he’s doing,” she explained.
“To me it felt like something is off. In our contract, he was supposed to facilitate the band. I told him to deposit something so I could start rehearsing, and he told me he doesn’t work under pressure. I told him I can’t perform that way, and then he lost it and told the world he’s canceled the show.”
