Uganda Cranes number one custodian, Dennis Masinde Onyango is off to Japan along with his Mamelodi Sundowns teammates to participate in the FIFA Club World Cup tournament.
The South African giants won the CAF Champions after beating Zamalek 3-1 to win a spot to represent the continent at the international club competition.
The 13th edition of the FIFA Club World Cup will get underway on December 8th in Japan, where seven sides will fight to become the new kings of football, taking over from the current champions Barcelona who won the title last year.
La-liga giants and UEFA Champions league title holders Real Madrid, Auckland City, Club America are some of the seven clubs that will be playing in this year’s edition.
