Veteran media personality Omulangira Ndausi has stirred debate after claiming that singer Rema Namakula would have reached even greater heights had she remained under the Gagamel Crew led by Bebe Cool.

Speaking during an appearance on Kasuku Live alongside fellow Gagamel loyalist Jenkins Mukasa, Ndausi said that Rema missed a golden opportunity to elevate her career to global levels.
He compared her current trajectory to the rise of new school sensation Joshua Baraka, who is gaining international recognition.
“Rema had everything it takes to become an international star, even more than she is now, but she lost that momentum when she left Gagamel. If she had stayed, she would be on Bebe Cool’s new album Break The Chains right now,” Ndausi said.
He also expressed his disappointment in Rema’s personal life decisions, particularly regarding her choice of a partner.
“I wanted Rema to get a man who isn’t in the music industry, possibly a mature Hajji with a lot of wealth—not how things ended,” he added.
