Ugandan singer Omega 256 has opened up about her heartbreak following the cancellation of her much-anticipated debut concert by event promoter Nobert Events.

The emotional artist shared her disappointment, saying she felt she had let her fans down.
“I was hurt when Nobert Events cancelled my concert. This was my first concert, and I feel like I disappointed my fans,” Omega 256 said, holding back tears during a TV interview.

Despite the setback, Omega 256’s management has announced that the concert has been rescheduled to September 19, 2025.
The venue remains the same — the iconic Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala.
If all goes as planned, Omega 256 will become the first regional female artist to headline a concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval, which is currently the biggest music event venue in Uganda.
The show is expected to draw thousands of fans from across the country and beyond.
Her team is now working hard to ensure the upcoming concert is a success, and fans are encouraged to hold onto their tickets, which will remain valid for the new date.
