It was a fun moment more to the festive holiday for Uganda Cranes striker, Emmanuel Okwi when his plans to visit parents to his longtime girlfriend Florence Nakalegga in a formal way finally came to pass.
The mega function was held in Kampala suburb along Mityana Road, Buloba, and is reported by onlookers to have been a blast and more bonding to the lover birds The 22 year old goal scorer who is currently juggling it with Tanzanian Simba FC is one of the young Ugandan celebrities who have taken a bold step in their lives to have an official wife.
The entourage that accompanied the young man was composed of mainly football professionals and respected sportsmen. Meanwhile, the other side of the story reveals that Okwi is anticipated to have ballooned Florence and the parents and the victim herself forced a quick visit and that’s why the introduction was a high end top secret.
But all in all we are nothing but great full for the bold steps Emma Okwi has taken in his life and we wish him a happy marriage as he plans to walk down the aisle very soon.
Emmanuel Arnold Okwi is a Ugandan professional footballer who plays as a striker for Simba SC in Tanzania and the Uganda national football team. Okwi has played for Ugandan Super League club SC Villa until the age of 17, when Tanzanian giants Simba SC signed the player for $40,000.
