Nyanda, the other half of the Jamaican all girl duo, Brick and Lace will headline the Women’s day celebrations this year. The event will see the launch of “It takes two” global immunisation campaign.
The ‘slippery when wet’ singer will be in town to turn the dust slippery and wet come March 8th. She will be joined by a host of top female artistes among them, Cindy, Fille, Sheebah Karungi, Brenda Nambi and Jackie Chandiru.
Nyanda has had a warm pot of blessings in Uganda after scooping the role of ambassador with Reach A Hand Uganda, an NGO. She is the second Jamaican artiste visiting the country after her compatriot turned on the lovers on Valentines Day.
The concert which will be held at Garden city rooftop will go for 20,000shs and 50,000shs. It starts at 4pm.
