News reaching us from the Serena based TV station, NTV, indicate that Sheilah Carol Gashumba is so excited to be among the few Ugandans that will grace this year’s Channel O music awards. The music awards will take place towards the end of this month in South Africa and our own Eddy Kenzo, Navio are the only Ugandan musicians that were nominated for this year’s Channel O video music awards.
NTV Management has already confirmed her flight to South Africa and the former T-Nation presenter will cover the event for her new segment Exclusive Access which airs on the popular NTV The Beat programme hosted by Douglas Lwanga.
It should be noted that this is not the first time Sheila will be travelling to South Africa since she was there mid this year in June for a visit and interviewing Ugandans living in South African cities like Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town among others.
