The Omumuli presenter will this Saturday get booked by his long time lover before sealing his love vows in a church next weekend.
We have reliably learnt that Ismail has already lined upto 50 people from Kampala with whom he will travel to Fort Portal on Saturday. The lady in question is one Komukyeya Phiona with whom he has dated for quite some time now.
