Because of the rumored on going decline of the quality of production at the Serena based station, NTV has hired expertise knowledge and skills from South Africa to take over the department.
NTV last month hired a one Rosie Motene as the station’s head of production and programming. Feedback indicate that she is already doing very well as the station seems to have gained stability in that department.
Rosie Motene is said to have been offered a fat salary that tempted her to leave SA for Uganda. She was a co-host at studio 53 alongside Gaetano Kagwa and also
