Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) head coach George ‘Best’ Nsimbe will not be with the reigning champions come February next year. Having won the league title back-to-back in 2013 and in 2014 with the club, Nsimbe wishes to exercise his football brilliance elsewhere.

The development follows official statements on the club’s official website which where thanking him for the wonderful work he has done for defending champions.

“As a club, we thank him for the services he has rendered to us for the period he has been with us. It has been great working with such a great coach and he will be missed at KCCA. But we would like to wish him all the best in his endeavors elsewhere,” reads part of the statement on the club’s website.

All this comes after the ex-Cranes international and KCC midfielder had talks with Tanzanian based club Azam in which he agreed to join them as an assistant coach.

“I have been in talks with them (Azam) although nothing is concluded yet as I still have a contract with KCC,” reads a statement on Supersport.com.

The club’s (KKC) officials intend to meet in the near future to discuss who will take charge of the club after Nsimbe exits.
