Micho S.The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has said they have no salary arrears for the national coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic.

In October the FA spokesman, Rogers Mulindwa, announced that they had not paid up the coach for some months.

“We are now up to date with salary payments of the coach and we have no arrears,” the FA President, Moses Magogo, said this morning during a press briefing at the headquarters in Mengo.

“The #SamsungTwitterParty is back! Get ready to party the night away come 19th December at Zone 7 with fellow tweeps. Entrance is 15,000shs. Call 0775439894 for details. Great music and drinks.”

Magogo said although other nations around the African continent have their government’s paying the national coach and other football-related expenses, FUFA continues to work hard and put emphasis on lots of development projects.

When contacted for comment over the salary arrears, coach Micho said he could not comment. The Serb took over as national coach on May 21 after the FA sacked Scotsman Robert Bobby Williamson.
