Nigerian singer Iyanya is on his way to Uganda and is expected to land in the country this evening, we have learnt.
This after he took to social media to announce his trip to Uganda. “We are on the way,” he posted online.
The singer, who is signed to Nigerian top record label, Mavin Records, will thrill Ugandan fans in a concert set for this weekend.
Famous for songs like “Kukere”, “Mr Oreo” and “Up To Something” among others, he will headline a concert dubbed “A Night with Mavin” at Cayenne on Saturday, July 1. He will be performing alongside fellow Nigerian singer Korede Bello who is also expected to jet in on Friday.
There will be also performances from local singer Ykee Benda with DJ Simples taking over the decks. Early bird tickets are selling at 100K.
