Just when we thought the two femcees would get over their previous feud, they are back at it, sooner than we hoped. The ongoing feud between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B re-surfaced yesterday on a radio show where Nicki addressed her beef with Cardi B. Discussing their altercation at a Fashion Week party in September, Nicki said that Cardi had been attacked by Rah Ali, a friend of Nicki’s who was also Cardi B’s co-star on “Love and Hip Hop,” rather than hit by security, as had previously been claimed. Nicki said that Rah Ali punched Cardi B in the head “9 or 10 times.”
Nicki said she also offered a $100,000 (Ksh 10,000,000) for surveillance footage of what happened that night. Cardi then responded directly to Nicki in a series of videos on Instagram later in the evening. First, Cardi addressed Nicki’s claims about the Fashion Week altercation, saying she is a liar.
Nicki further claimed that Cardi had previously asked Nicki to appear on her “second single,” but she turned it down, due to the fact that “Motorsport,” which featured both women, was coming out around the same time.In response to Nicki’s comments about “Motorsport,” Cardi detailed her issues with Nicki allegedly re-recording her verse for the song.
This feud is still ongoing! We shall just keep watching this space.
