New Loyalty cards introduced for Blankets and Wine

Organizers of the 13th edition of Blankets and Wine have introduced a new ticketing system that will see them move from using printed cards to loyalty cards. The new development was announced by a representative from House of Djs, organizers of the Blankets and Wine event, at press conference held at Enkombe Villas on Tuesday.

Speaking at the press conference, Flower, the media manager House of Djs, also revealed that with the loyalty cards revelers will be able to simply top up money on their cards using mobile money to all other House of Djs events.

Blankets and Wine, a  quarterly picnic style music festival, will have a rich line up of performers including multi-talented instrumentalist Mo-Roots,  Tusker Project Fame 4 winner Davis Ntare, multilingual songstress Jackie Akello and will be headlined by South African House band Mi Casa.

There are also other different engaging activities planned with Afri-art gallery, especially for the children.

Meanwhile, Uber Uganda will be making it easier for people to get to the event with a 15,000/- discount for all first time users with the code “BWKLA”. Safe Boda will be there as well to transport people from Kitante playground(where parking will be) to the museum grounds.

Entrance fee is 100,000 UGX at the Uganda Museum and gates open at 12:00pm on Sunday July 10, 2016.
