NBS re-branding received with mixed feeling from viewers

It’s been a while since NBS Television re-branded fully to the extent it has done now. The Kamwokya based TV station started with the news, then graphics and the colors used in their daily shows and also the logo. It’s been widely known that NBS official color is red and to many people’s surprise, the latest re-branding saw some elements of green and blue added to it.

According to inside sources, this has been done in a move by the C.E.O to completely take full control of the station and to put more pressure on other local TV stations that have always been in their way to being number one in Uganda.

Many people, however, have received these changes with a mixed feeling saying that the latest graphics are not up to the standards and therefore take the station a step backwards instead.

An NBS TV fan, Morgan was not pleased with the work done. According to him, the TV is not appealing to watch as it was the case when the red color was stunningly beautiful to look at and the picture quality seemed to have been tempered with.

According to one of our other sources, it is said that the so far done re-branding is just the start of the whole process and therefore people should be patient and wait for it to culminate on 28th of this month. “We are branded for the better,” said the source.
