Rapper Navio has finally spoken out on why he didn’t participate in the ‘Who is Who’ battle that has seen rappers countrywide tearing each other apart for dominance.
Speaking about the battle, Navio assured fans that he is not into the habit of fighting with small boys. The Luga Flow star then revealed that at the moment he is concentrating on securing international collaborations since this was his plan for the first part of the year.
“I become an award winning artiste in East Africa by playing with small boys. I have left such things to them. I am busy securing international collabos. I have just had a song with Vanessa Mdee, I have also a new one with Ice Prince and many more with Chidima and Shey Shey are on the way. I cannot waste my time with the likes of Gravity.”
Asked what he thinks of Gravity’s Black Panther that was stinging him, Navio had this to say.
“Gravity Omutujju was my fan from way back. He was even in one of my fans groups and I used to see his messages. I don’t know if he got bitter for not getting a collabo back then or something but I don’t consider much of him. The problem is that he attacked my mother in his song yet everyone knows she is like the coolest person ever,”Navio said.
He then warned Gravity that young rappers are going to overtake him if he is not serious. “Fik Fameica and the boys are coming and they are not joking. They are very serious and if he doesn’t organise his house, he will be in trouble.”
We will keep you posted.
