Natasha Mutebi was crowned the new Miss Uganda UK 2015 on Saturday evening at a ceremony held at Boleyn Banqueting Suite in East London. She saw off competition from 10 other finalists to win the coveted crown. Sheena Nadunga emerged first runner-up with Marilyn Simms becoming the second runner-up. Natasha will now become the face and voice of child sacrifice awareness.
The Miss Uganda UK Pageant, which is now in its fifth consecutive year, aims at fostering improved relationships among Ugandans living in the UK, through promotion and development of various cultural engagements, social and educational events, reflecting a blend of the African lifestyle with that of the United Kingdom.
