Nameless

Kenyan singer Nameless will not be performing in Uganda this Thursday.

The “Nasinzia” hitmaker who was set to headline the Comedy Store show alongside fellow Kenyan star Eric Omondi has pulled out.

Nameless has revealed that he has been sick since last week, and thus cant make it for the show.

He said,“I was really looking forward to this Ugandan show with Eric Omondi. Unfortunately, I will NOT be able to make it due to doctor’s orders. Been admitted in hospital since last week… Still undergoing treatment and observation and thus looks like I can’t make it to Kampala. However I have talked with the promoters there and for sure we will organize another Kenyan Takeover once I get better.”

Meanwhile, the weekly comedy show hosted by Alex Muhangi at Diners Lounge in Bukoto returns on Thursday after a three-week break. A host of top entertainers has been lined up to thrill revelers including MC Mariachi, Mad Rat & Chiko, Amooti Omubalanguzi and Kerekere. Other acts will include Tamale Mirundi, Bush, Jajja Bruce, Snake and Zoro, Kobusheshe, Dikhanio, and Godi Godi.

Tickets go for Ugx 20,000 with a table for 5 at Ugx 300,000.
