With having over 1.2 million likes on her verified Facebook page, One could easily think Anne Kansiime is used to the compliments of people who say she makes their day with rib cracking jokes,
But when that compliment comes from a Hollywood star, then Kansiime can be excused for the excitement and this is what she exactly did after learning about Lupita Nyongo an Oscar award winning actress’ acknowledgement after she mentioned her as one of the top moments of 2015
In a quite emotional Facebook post, Kansiime noted out that Christmas is merry already and its too late for those that had not yet wished her a merry Christmas
“Its fine when you get a gig, make people laugh, get paid and go home, but when a real gem acknowledges your struggle, its everything. Too late for those that hadn’t wished me a merry Christmas, my Christmas is merry enough already now. Thanks Lupita Nyongo.”
It has really been a great year for the ‘queen of comedy‘ from winning various awards and international recognitions to holding a show almost every weekend and we think BigEyeUg is not too late to wish her the very best of Christmas this year.. Mary Christmas Anne
