Bana Mutibwa

By Isaac Mites

After releasing a diss song titled “Tetubonga Nawe” in which he bashes top Ugandan artistes for endorsing President Museveni for another term, musician Bana Butibwa has come out to make his intentions clear.

This is after reports started going around that the song had been sponsored by opposition leader, Col. Kizza Besigye.

However, Bana Butibwa has come out to distance himself from any political party saying he is just representing the misrepresented.

He said, “This is what I call miss information. I will repeat it as I said before. I do not belong to any political party or behind any political leader. I am expressing my views as a Ugandan and representing all those that are misrepresented. I am just a creative writer acting as the voice for all the voiceless. Don’t believe everything you read.”

We will keep you posted.
