Photo: Musician Richie Kats laid to rest

Musician Richie Kats has finally been laid to rest today. The singer was buried at his ancestral home in Kikondo village, Jinja District.

Richie Kats passed away on Wednesday following a fatal accident along Kampala – Mityana road. Richie is said to have met his death after a Rav 4 he was traveling in with three other friends overturned several times. It is said that he was thrown out of the car by the impact of accident and  his body crushed in the process resulting in his sudden death.

He was put to his final resting place at Vision for Africa cemetery amid mourning friends, well-wishers and family.
