Team No Sleep singer, Pallaso Mayanja has chipped in to congratulate fellow musician Eddy Kenzo upon being nominated along side Navio for a Channel O music video award last week.
Pallaso known for his jam ‘Wekoledewo kaki‘ posted on his timeline saying that he was very proud of Kenzo after the ‘Best New Music act’ award category nomination.
He posted: “Big up to the self made Eddy kenzo !!! I love to see somebody that every body once doubted rise to the greatest of heights from scratch off pure sweat !!! Representing Uganda in the channel O music awards this year is Navio & Eddy Kenzo the great !!! I hope all Ugandan artistes, politicians, critics … I mean every Ugandan at large is happy & ready to back these brothers up with love for the flag they hold is our own . Eddy kenzo is a real musical gift the the whole world music industry and now once again other than Idi Amin Uganda is now very known for the greatest dancing kids in the world ….Eddy kenzo may GOD bless you my brother & let your legacy live on forever #TeamUganda.”
Kenzo is up against East Africa’s finest like Tanzania’s Diamond and Kenya’s Sauti Sol.
