Musician Master Blaster has been laid to rest in Kitgum.

The “Embooko” singer’s burial almost turned violent as the singer was buried at night. Relatives and family had refused to bury the singer and were planning on sending the body back to Kampala sighting Police’s failure to compensate them for the loss as had been promised.

The situation was called to order after Police took the body to their burial grounds and had a quick talk with relatives of the deceased.

Unlike most celebrity burials, this particular one didn’t have many celebs lined up to send off their colleague. We only managed to spot one or two less popular artistes who appeared at the final send off.

The singer was shot twice in the stomach on Tuesday this week at a party that took place at Eden Bar in Kampala.

Rest in peace Master Blaster.
