Kenyan musician Madtraxx is mourning the death of his elder sister, Dr Njeri Muigai, who passed away on Tuesday morning.
Madtraxx, who is a celebrated rapper, confirmed the death of her sister to Nairobi News on phone.
Dr Muigai died after an incident in her home. She was eight months pregnant.
Ouma Oluga, the secretary-general of the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentist Union (KMPDU), also mourned her death.
He posted online: “No Njeri Muigai, you can’t die now. How can you go when we hadn’t even began working on our plans. Your untimely demise is just very sad news unacceptable to our hearts. Rest with the angels Beautiful. We remain broken.”
