Musician Cindy Sanyu has finally lost custody of her child to his estranged Italian husband Mario Brunet. Cindy and Mario had a bitter split early this year and have since been entangled in a fight for custody of their only child.
Cindy has reportedly been denied the right to take care of her child after court ruled against her citing that she is not a stable mother.
According to reports, Grade Two Magistrate Rose Jolly Onyango said Cindy was not responsible enough and did not have the means to fend for baby Amani and that Brunet has proved that he is a responsible dad.
Meanwhile, Cindy has already found love again and her new relationship is gaining momentum quite fast. Cindy even introduced her new man, Ken, to her parents recently.
