The latest news reaching our desk indicates that singer Barbi Jay’s recording studio known as Reverb was robbed clean by yet unknown thugs.
According to our close sources, the thugs broke into Makindye based Reverb studio on Monday night and made away with all the equipment leaving the studio empty.
We have learnt that Barbi Jay shed tears like a child after he found his studio empty before he went on his Facebook page to pledge a Ushs 1M cash reward to anyone who traces the thugs or any machine with the mark “Reverb studio”.
It should be noted that Reverb has been an established music recording studio which has produced several hit songs including Eddy Kenzo’s Nice and Lovely, Rema’s Muchuuzi, Professor Big Eye’s Ekikumi and many others.
