In a weird turn of events, rapper Mun G who is best known for his hip hop music has said that no Ugandan musician is bigger than him at the moment. The comment comes at a time when the singer’s last concert was poorly attended and he was shunned by many fans when he participated in the Tubonga Nawe project.

According to the singer who became a land lord recently, he is more than most hip hop singers in Uganda and can only compare himself to Eminem. “Yes, I’m better than most hip hop artistes because I’m a rap artiste and the rest are also rap artistes. One thing though about us rap artistes, is that we all believe we are number one. The only artiste I think is better than me is Eminem, but I believe I can beat him when it comes to rhyming in Luganda,” he said when asked if he is the best hip hop artiste in Uganda.

Mun G who said that we should expect more music from him this year surely has his eyes on the top spot and those who have never taken him seriously need to look at him in a different angle.

We will keep you posted.
