Just days before his highly anticipated concert on 30th August at Serena Hotel, rapper Mun G has been hit by tragedy following the passing of his grandmother.

The rapper took to his X platform to share the heartbreaking news, describing it as a very sad moment for him and his family.

“A sad day for me and mine, my jajja has gone to be with the angels RIP JAJJA,” he posted.

Mun G accompanied his message with a touching photo-video of himself with his grandmother, also adding an emotional caption, “say hello to my father”—a reference to his late dad who passed away years ago.

The news comes at a time when the rapper has been gearing up for one of the biggest shows of his career.
