The campaign which has been running since 19th January 2021 will end on 31st March 2021.

As part of the offer, customers gained access to a higher bouquet when by just renewing their subscription. If a DStv customer was on DStv Access but paid for DStv Family subscription, they would be upgraded to DStv Compact for a period of 30 days.

For customers on the GOtv platform, they were be able to upgrade to the GOtv Max bouquet at a discounted price of UGX 34,000 instead of the usual UGX 40,000.

According to Colin Asiimwe, the Head of Marketing for MultiChoice Uganda the promotion was aimed at extending their gratitude to customers for the continued support.

“This is a token of gratitude from us to our valued DStv and GOtv customers. It is also a reassurance of our commitment to continually deliver the best video entertainment experience in the country,” Asiimwe told media during the launch of the campaign.
