MultiChoice Uganda has announced an upgrade offer for their DStv and GOtv customers.

In the new offer, customers will gain access to a higher bouquet when they renew their subscription.

“If a DStv customer is on DStv Access but pays for DStv Family subscription, they will be upgraded to DStv Compact for a period of 30 days,” Joan Semanda Kizza, the PR and Communications Manager for MultiChoice Uganda explained.

“For customers on the GOtv platform, customers will all be able to upgrade to the GOtv Max bouquet for the discounted price of UGX 34,000 compared to the usual UGX 40,000. The offer is eligible to disconnected, new GOtv Plus, Value, and Lite customers.” She added.

According to Colin Asiimwe, the Head of Marketing for MultiChoice Uganda the promotion comes as show of gratitude to their customers for the continued support.

“This is a token of gratitude from us to our valued DStv and GOtv customers. It is also a reassurance of our commitment to continually deliver the best video entertainment experience in the country,” Asiimwe noted.

The new Step-Up campaign will run from 19th January 2021 until 31 March 2021.
