MTN Uganda yesterday launched MTN Elite, which is a program designed for MTN’s top customers. MTN Elite is by invitation only and aims to recognize and reward their most valued customers. MTN Elite customers will receive a personalized card that entitles them to benefits from MTN and selected lifestyle partners.
Our MTN Elite partners have been selected carefully to ensure that we extend guaranteed enriching lifestyle opportunities to MTN Elite members. They include Serena Hotel Kampala, Lake Victoria Serena resort, Nyumbani Décor, Mbawo Timber works, Kenya Airways, Brussels Airlines, SPOTCLEAN Drycleaners, Hertz Rent a car, Khana Khazana, Il Patio restaurant, Haandi restaurant and Tamarai restaurant among others.

MTN 141 which is a loyalty points program in which customers get bonus minutes and bonus SMS has had phenomenal success with over 5 million MTN customers currently using it.
