MTN Uganda has launched an exciting promotion that will see its over 8 million customers enjoy their share of 10 Billion shillings worth of bonus airtime over the next 90 days. The promotion is offered in a bid to reward their customers for their loyalty over the last fifteen years of operation in Uganda. Company officials have announced that the benefits apply to all Prepaid & Hybrid customers who registers for the promotion by dialing *188# and then recharges with Airtime.
MTN Uganda Chief Marketing Officer, Ernst Fonternel, described the promotion as a simple and straight forward offer where all customers who registers for the promotion and then load airtime will have a guaranteed airtime surprise bonus ranging from 5% to 125%.
We have named this promotion “ASANTE SANA” (Literally meaning thank you very much), for customer loyalty and support for the last fifteen years of MTN’s operation in Uganda. We know that it is you the customers who have kept MTN at the top. Your loyalty and support to the network has been the pillar of our astronomical growth in this industry. We would therefore like to say”ASANTE SANA” for your support. And so, with MTN’s ASANTE SANA customers are going to get more value for being on the MTN network.
Customers registered for “Asante Sana” will receive their surprise bonus airtime on all recharges from Monday to Friday. The bonus airtime will expire at midnight every day and can be used for MTN Voice Calls, SMSs and Internet.
