MTN Uganda  has  launched a fully-fledged customer service center at Metroplex Mall in Naalya in a bid to take services closer to MTN customers in that area including, Namugongo, Kiira, Najera.

Area residents are upbeat that the new Service Center will improve businesses and communication activities in areas saying they will no longer incur extra expenses going all the way to the city center or to the next town center to receive services.

He added: “Over the years we have seen MTN come up with many initiatives that are people centered. I applaud MTN for opening this Service Center here in Naalya, a move which is directly in line with our own plans to create satellite cities in different divisions. This center will go a long way in cutting unnecessary costs that our people normally incur while looking for communication related services.”

“At MTN Uganda, we strive to ensure that there are as many service Centers as possible at strategic locations within the country to expedite connectivity and provide the required assistance to support our customer’s communication needs,” Mutana said.

The center will attend to issues ranging from hardware and software configurations and will offer registration services for SIM Cards, mobile internet connections, reactivation of blocked numbers, mobile internet connections, mobile money services, data services, phone sales and general customer care queries among other services.
