Barely hours after Radio & Weasel released their latest video “Don’t Cry” (watch it here) with Nigerian crooner Wizkid, it has been met with criticism. Jamaican singer Mr. G has says their video concept is suspiciously similar to one of his songs titled “Cry” on which he teamed with Ugandan singers Bobi Wine and Nubian Li. He goes on to claim they did not only steal his video concept but even the song itself.
“Radio and Weasel and Wiz kid stole both song and video concept for Me And BoBi Wine and Nubian Song Cry and that sh-t isn’t nearly as Good as our song ( Cry ),” Mr G wrote on social media.
