As part of its rebranding strategy, Fashion Republique, a fashion and lifestyle blog has unveiled Daphine Kobururu as the brand’s new face.
Ms. Kobururu, who doubles as a fashion stylist, is a student at Makerere University where she is pursuing a bachelors in Tourism.
Born on 25th October, 1993, Daphine Kobururu is the fifth child to Hon. Mwesigwa Rukutana & Deborah Mwesigwa.
She attended Kampala Parents School for her elementary education. She later joined the prestigious Gayaza High School and Namirembe hillside for her O’level education. Daphine later joined Greenhill Academy and St. Mary’s Kitende for her A’ level.
When she is not dressing up for her very stylish IG page, Daphine enjoys going to the movies, reading novels, going shopping, and eating great food.
As the blog’s new ambassador, the very fashion oriented Makerere student, will increase the brand awareness and popularity. She also embodies the corporate identity of Fashion Republique in appearance, demeanor, values and ethics. She is also the spokesperson for Fashion Republique.
