Mowzey Radio’s vocal abilities cannot be gainsaid. Radio broke out with his debut solo single “Sweet Lady” before later teaming up with Weasel, after both seceding from Chameleone’s Leone Island. The once backup singers have since gone on to enjoy unprecedented success. The height of their success was marked with a nod at the internationally acclaimed BET awards.

Little wonder the “Neera” hit maker is inspiration to many a singer across the region. One of these is Rwandan trio, Urban Boyz vocalist Safi Niyibikora who recently professed his love for Mowzey Radio.

Safi revealed Radio is his idol and would love to emulate him. He lauded Radio’s talent and passion for music.

Safe to say, Radio is well on his path to a music legend in Uganda.
