Vivo Energy Uganda has announced that they will be providing Shell V Power fuel worth over 10 Million shillings for the organization of the upcoming FMU organized MOSAC rally including supplementary fuel and car kits and accessories for the Shell Rally Drivers, Arthur Blick, Ssebuguzi Ronald, Omar Mayanja and Umar Kakyama in addition to their annual sponsorship packages worth 75Million shillings each. The rally is set to take place from 30th November to 1st December 2019 in Kapeka Semuto, Luwero.
The MOSAC rally will be the last round on the national rally championship (NRC) and it will determine who wins the National Rally Championship 2019 title. Shell Sponsored Rally Drivers Arthur Blick & Omar Mayanja are also among the contenders for the championship.

The stations that will have the offers are Shell Makerere Kikoni, Shell Kawempe, Shell Maganjo, Shell Kagoma, and Shell Kawanda.
On his part as he reflected on the possibility for wrestling the championship crown for this year in this final calendar event, Arthur Blick said, “I am happy to say Shell has given me my recce Fuel for the final NRC Championship. Without Shell it would be impossible for me to be competitive not to mention winning the NRC Championship in 2015. There is a real possibility for us to take the championship and we feel ready to perform on the day for that as a team. I hope you are all ready for the action-packed weekend like we are. The Secretary FMU, Sayeed Kaketo thanked Vivo Energy Uganda for their continued support towards Motorsport in Uganda (the National Rally Championship 2019 and Pearl of Africa Rally). He wished the best to all the drivers taking part in the MOSAC rally.
