Miss Uganda 2024–2025, Natasha Nyonyozi, has been named one of the four global winners at the prestigious Beauty with a Purpose Dinner Gala held in Hyderabad.
The event is a key part of the Miss World competition, celebrating young women who use their platforms to create meaningful change in their communities.
Natasha was selected from 108 powerful and impactful projects presented by contestants from around the world.
Her victory secures her a fast-track spot in the Top 10 for Africa and places her among the Top 40 finalists heading into Miss World 2025.
Representing Uganda with pride, Natasha impressed the judges with The Nyonyozi Initiative, a project that promotes autism awareness and encourages social acceptance for people living with autism across Ugandan communities.
Natasha was crowned Miss Uganda in August 2024 during a glamorous event at the Sheraton Hotel in Kampala.
Her reign has been marked by dedication, empathy, and a strong desire to use her voice for positive change.
Joining Natasha as winners were:
- Valeria Pérez (Puerto Rico) – Communicating Without Limits
Advocating for people with hearing disabilities, individuals with Down syndrome, and families affected by cancer. - Milliemae Adams (Wales) – First Aid Against Knife Crime
Turning personal loss into a mission of youth empowerment and first-aid education. - Monica Kezia (Indonesia) – Pipeline for Lifeline
Bringing clean water to underserved villages, restoring health and dignity.
Speaking at the gala, Julia Morley CBE, founder of the Beauty with a Purpose initiative, said, “I’m so proud of every young woman here—not just for what they do, but for who they are.”
The night also honoured remarkable runner-ups: Yanina Gómez (Paraguay), Lachaeveh Davies (Sierra Leone), Corina Mrazek (Spain), and Huỳnh Trần Ý Nhi (Vietnam).
Filled with grace, purpose, and inspiration, the event reminded all in attendance that beauty shines brightest when it uplifts others.
As the journey to Miss World 2025 continues, Natasha Nyonyozi stands as a shining example of beauty with a cause.
