Mirror Mirror on the wall, who is the prettiest of them all? This question will be answered tonight at the Miss Uganda Grand Finale at Serena Kampala. The Redds sponsored event will see 22 fully trained Ugandan ladies tussle it out for the Crown that Phiona Bizzu has held for he past one year.
