Miss Tourism Karamoja will be the first region to crown its queen this year. This will be held on Saturday, 18th June at Mt Moroto Hotel in Moroto district.
Last year Nyangan Karen was crowned Miss Tourism Karamoja 2015. Sceline Acheng was the 1st Runner Up and Nyangan Grace the 2nd Runner up. Nyangan Karen would later go on to emerge the overall second runner up.
According to the head of the Karamoja cluster, they are hoping to become the overall winners this year.
