Uganda’s celebrated female rapper Keko who has been enjoying rotation on the airwaves with her latest single “Fly Solo” just found one more heartening reason to keep going stronger with her music.
The rapper has without a doubt had far reaching impacts with her music inspiring many but pleasing even more. Her music does not only cut across boundaries but also across all ages. To prove this is her newly discovered fan; the former Member of Parliament Miria Matembe, a strong proponent and an advocate for women’s rights.
Who would have guessed, huh? Even the rapper herself seemed astonished by the revelation.
The pleasantly surprised rapper was apparently humbled when Miria Matembe revealed she loves her music. Matembe is now her new inspiration, sort of.
“When Minister Matembe says she loves my music, I know its necessary I keep the focus,” revealed a stunned Keko.
