Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sedrojevic who also doubles as the Under-23 national team coach has set his sights on the Kobs’ return leg against Mozambique after their first leg clash in Maputo, Mozambique ended in a stalemate.
The Serbian has now recalled the players who didn’t travel with the rest of the team during the first leg trip back into training ahead of the second leg that will be played in the heart of Kampala at Nakivubo Stadium.
Speaking about the first leg, Micho hailed the good job done by the boys as they created a couple of scoring chances though they failed to convert them.
“The boys put up a great show and I am happy with their work as they never conceded in Maputo. We created six chances against two but we should have utilized them to get goals. We shall create a variety of attacks to get goals for the team”, Micho said during the weekly press conference as reads on the federation’s website.
Micho also looks at this Kobs side as a very potential feed side for the senior national team, the Cranes.
The federation has also already set the charges for the game with 5,000shillings for Ordinary and 20,000shillings for VIP.
