Longtime Ugandan singer Messach Semakula has quit Golden Band and surrendered his shares after 8years.

According to a document we have come across, Messach Semakula rests his tools as the Director, pursuant to the memorandum and articles of Golden Productions (U) Limited (Golden Band) that was certifiably incorporated on March 28, 2014 with eight stakeholders.
Golden Productions’ official subscribers include; Ronald Mayinja, Messach Semakula, Kavuma Musa (KT Events), Fred Sserugga, Catherine Kusasira, Stacia Mayanja, Doreen Mutiibwa, and Maureen Nantume.
The members hold; 19%, 19%, 10%,10%, 8%, 8%, 8%, and 8% shares in the music company respectively.
In the same letter, the band music maestro reveals how he rescued Golden productions musical assets that had been confiscated by their storing place landlord due to rental arrears of Ugx. 12Million.
The self-proclaimed “Golden Papa” notes that he single handedly cleared the debt and the instruments were handed over to him and he put under his custody since then to date.
Messach also opens up about his health complications which currently distort his effectiveness in service delivery as the band director and stakeholder.
The multiple band music award winning singer’s resignation now leaves colleagues; Ronald Mayinja and Fred Sserugga at the whelm of the band as the directors.
