It’s now a year since the talented songstress Sarah Nampijja who was well known for her stage name “Sera,” left the music fraternity in tears. The “Contagious” singer, whose career was promising, passed on late July last year. The Swangz avenue Signee’s death devastated many fans.
On 31st July, there will be a memorial service for the late song bird at her parent’s home in Nansana, Wakiso where she is resting at 9am. Fans, friends and family will gather at this place to pray for the late singer as they also comfort her family. To many, even though Sera is not with them physically, her soul still leaves within them.
The 21 year old reportedly died of acute ulcers after going on an empty stomach for the whole day thinking that she would have something when she returns from a burial ceremony in Masaka.
