Mega Masappe promotion

Airtel Uganda has handed over prizes in the final draw of the amazing Mega Masappe promotion.

The three-month promotion has seen over 100 Ugandans win brand new cars, brand new motor bikes and millions of shillings, and thousands more win 25% bonus by loading daily bundles and 100% bonuses on weekly and monthly bundles.

Speaking at the final draw, the Airtel Uganda Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Deepak Bhatia lauded subscribers for the unwavering support shown for Airtel Uganda campaigns and products.

“The overwhelming participation in this Mega Masappe promotion has been testament to the fact that we are fulfilling our promise to offer Ugandans with the most reliable and affordable telecommunications services while directly improving their lives,” he said, thanking all Ugandans for opting in and participating in the promotion.

Bhatia handed over the final brand new car to Betty Namata, a Wakiso resident, and brand new motor bikes to Nabweteme Salma, Edward Lang, Nahareza Nicholas, Richard Idasa and Nalumansi Sarah.

Mukisa Bosco, Falvia Nabukenya, Nuwahereza Rachel, Jagenda Enoch, Naggita Fiona and Muwanguzi Joshua walked away with the final cash prizes of UGX 1,000,000 each.

Mega Massape, a twist to the preceding Xtra Masappe promotion, was launched in July 2017 as an opt-in promotion that required subscriber to dial *162# and select option 2 to check target and option 3 to redeem their data bonus – which was broken down into Voice, SMS and Data at 50%, 10% and 40% respectively.
