Telecom giant Vodafone, that recently entered the Ugandan Telecommunication market will have to deal with the stiff competition from other already established players for the market share. The second largest Telecommunication Company in the whole world recruited the following for its Uganda franchise to help it penetrate the market.
1.Tage Rasmussen has been selected as the CEO Vadofone Uganda. He has over a 2 decades experience in the Telecommunication industry.
2.Joshua Musasizi who has worked as the Payway Uganda CEO has been selected for the position of the Chief Commercial Officer for the new telecom entrant.
3.Jackie Namara Rukare has been selected as the Head of Marketing. With her experience of more than 17 years in the marketing and communications field, she is expected to escalate the presence and business concept of Vodafone Uganda.
4. Derrick Sebbaale will be the Chief Technology Officer. He has been the Head of Networks Smile Communications Uganda Limited and Head of Project Management Uganda Telecom therefore he has enough experience to stand the competition in the country.
5. Christine Ssekyana will be the Human resource manager. Reports have it that she served in the same position in other firms excellently therefore Vodafone Uganda is proud to have her on board.
