Penny Patra real names Katwesigye Peninah is a Ugandan female Afro/Reggae Dance-hall musician, currently singing under Lyric Records, a new music production company based in Makindye owned by Rodgers Nyangi.
The sexy dark skinned singer was born and raised in Mbarara town. She started her career around 2012, and is a great performer, known for taking the audience by storm with his ragga dance-hall flows.
She believes in girl power and is always motivating the upcoming female generation to take part in building the nation.
Patra has recorded several hit songs such as Nankogu, Nambemwe, Amabeere, Kyusamu and the recently released massive dance-hall tune titled Nantamegwa which is already receiving massive airplay on most local radio stations.
