Meet Joan Lule, a TV star helping bring broken families together

Joan Lule is famous for her TV show on BBS Telefayina dubbed Sitima ya Maaka which airs every week. Through the program, she is helping bring families that have had conflicts back together.

Who is Lule Joan?

Luke Joan was born in a family of five and is the second born. Though she is reluctant to reveal her age, she was born on 9th December. Joan has been married 15 years now and is expecting another of her other baby.

Lule Joan says she went to very strict Catholic schools and one of them is St. Joseph’s to the extent that she almost became a nun. “My mother was very possessive of me and often prefered I stay in religious custody,” she said.

She attended Kyambogo University where she acquired her first degree.

She started her media career in 2014 after she returned from the diaspora where she was studying.

She describes herself as jolly, loving, caring with a high sense of self drive, creative, innovative and a no-nonsense woman.
