Uganda’s most respected faces on local television channels all the way from the leading television station NBS Television Mr . Edwin Katamba famously known as MC Kats and Mr. Douglas Lwanga finally are eating well after landing on a multi million deal of Uganda Aids Commission.
Uganda Aids Commission has launched its campaign recently known as “End HIV/ Aids in Uganda” and this project will run up to 2030 . So far very few people have come on board to spearhead this campaign and the lucky usual stars that managed to scoop this deal are the NBS After 5 Hosts Legendary Mc Kats and Douglas Lwanga.
The Commission’s target is to fight HIV/ Aids among the youths of Uganda more especially those in schools. Being on The biggest Television station and having bigger brands , The NBS After 5 had big chances of scoping this deal .
It should be remembered that in December 2019 , The Top City emcee and Television presenter Mc Kats announced being HIV/ Aids positive. Many people across the world more especially his fans and friends got shocked but this Star was so firm on his point . Many charity organizations that are fighting Aids across the world saw him as savior to young while contacting him for a business.
Kats doesn’t regret being HIV/ Aids Positive But he promise to end the spread of this disease in young people through media and other campaigns for awareness. We shall keep you posted
