Last Thursday night was a great one at The Sound Cup Café as musician Maurice Kirya unveiled his new love Naggita before fans and friends. This was during the blue dress singer’s acoustic performance at his Garden City based shop.
Naggitta is his new guitar which he acquired recently and asked fans to name using social media. The name was agreed on as the best suitable one there is.
Maurice Kirya sang for the wonderful crowd that had honoured his invite posted on social media earlier. He had no back up singers but his naggita and fans who sang along with the Mwooyo singer. Kirya then promised to use this platform to help young musicians who did not have a chance to show what they had.
After an hour of Kirya awesomeness on his Naggita, photo moments and a live interaction with the star followed to wind down the magnificent evening. Well done Maurice.
